How long before my blinds are ready?

The amount of time varies depending on your individual requirements and the level of complexity (i.e. custom curtains). However, you will be given as estimated time of completion when you request a free measure and quote online.

Can I install my blinds myself?

We offer experienced installation services on all our blinds, shutters, and curtains, as well professional decorating advice and free measure and quotes.

How do I clean and take care of my blinds?

What kind of warranty do you offer?

Our warranty guarantees your window furnishings will be free from defects in materials for five years, with our Polymer shutters coming with a 20 year warranty. However, our warranty doesn’t cover misuse, abuse or accidents. You can read the full description of our warranty terms online.
